NEDPA Sponsorship

Sponsorship of the 2016 Northeast Dairy Producers Association (NEDPA) Conference is an opportunity to be an integral part of an event attended by over 400 progressive dairy producers and agriservice professionals.  Your support enables us to maintain a high quality conference featuring a progressive agenda and speakers that inspire the Northeast Dairy Industry.  Contribution levels are outlined below.

Exhibit spaces in the Grand Ballroom have sold out.  Sponsorships contributions submitted after January 25 will be accepted, but exhibit space will be provided only as space becomes available.  Contributions received before February 8, 2016 will be recognized in the conference proceedings.

    High resolution (200DPI or higher) company logo should be emailed in .jpg or .eps format to hh96@cornell.edu no later than March 1.  If products are mentioned, logo should also clearly illustrate
    company name.

    Exhibit Space

    Exhibit space dimensions are approximately 8’ wide by 6’ deep and include a skirted 6’ table, backdrape,
    siderail, 2 chairs, identification sign and standard electric (upon request).

    • Exhibit space is limited and will be pre-assigned by conference staff. Exhibit spaces in the Grand Ballroom where breaks and evening reception will take place will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
    • Exhibits should be installed so they will not project beyond the space allocated and will permit a clear view from booth to booth.
    • One electrical outlet (120 volt) is provided upon request. 
    • Exhibits may be set up after 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8.
    • Exhibit space does not automatically register an individual for the conference and meals.  Personnel managing the exhibit must register for the conference separately (may use complimentary registration included with sponsorship.)

    All ads will be printed in black and white.  Print-ready ads in dimensions specified below (no bleed or crop marks) should be sent as a high quality PDF format to hh96@cornell.edu no later than February 1.

    • 1/2 page ad: 3.4167” W x 9.5” H or 7” W x 4.667” H
    •   1/4 page ad: 3.4167” W x 4.6667” H
