John Novak, PhD

Professor Emeritus Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with nationally recognized expertise in anaerobic digestion and biological wastewater treatment processes who is particularly known for linking research to practical application.  Dr. Novak is recipient of numerous national awards including: Perry L. McCarty/AEESP Founders Award; Arthur Sidney Bedell Award by the Water Environment Association, and held the Nick Prillaman Professor of Environmental Engineering chair at Virginia Tech.

Enos Stover, PhD, PE

President of The Stover Group, a broad-based environmental services company providing expertise to the wastewater and water industries including the operation of over a dozen treatment facilities.  Dr. Stover has over 30 publications and US Patents specifically on anaerobic reactors and treatment processes.  He is a fellow of the Water Environment Federation.

Steve Zinder, PhD

Professor of Microbiology and head of the Zinder Research Laboratory at Cornell University.  Steve has a world-class reputation for his breakthrough work on anaerobic methanogenic microbiology.
